Thomas WINGETT and his family

Here are the same family again but in photographs and probably about 1855. The old lady is thought to be Elizabeth WINGETT nee BROWNE (1786-1862), their mother. Each of these thumbnail photographs links to both the full size photo and its reverse where relevant.
Dates of these photos
It was quite difficult to date the photos above because, if you read through the advice on Roger Vaughan's Date a Carte de Visite Photograph website, then the photo seems to have been taken after the known date of death.
Moreover, the photo on the right is thought to be of Anne Browne WINGETT the brothers' sister who lived from 1817-1885. But the later date of the photo (late 1870s probably) would make her 60 or more in the photo and she just doesn't look that old. Click on the thumbnail to see the full size portrait and its reverse.
